Pre Construction
We will organize on site meetings to prepare budgets and help with scheduling. We will also review drawings, specifications and other items that need to be addressed before construction starts. At this time we will also go over permits, insurance, and safety measures. We will address communication channels and and sourcing of equipment and job materials at this time as well.
Construction
Once our pre-construction meetings have been completed and approved, we will move forward to initialize site permissions like access and schedules to the crews on site. We will work to co-ordination and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and trades workers. Diamond Building believes in being on schedule and on a budget so we will make sure we review the budget often and report back to you with updates to resolve any issues and follow up on progress.
Post Construction
Diamond Building Maintenance will collect all documents required for warranties and organize them for the owners. We will also provide a material list and safety data sheets for all materials. We want to make sure all parties are happy at the end of a project and always hope to work together again in the future.
